A new second-generation biofuel
SARIA subsidiary ecoMotion produces 200,000 tonnes of biodiesel each year. The company is currently building a new plant in Le Havre which will be operated by the end of the year 2013. This plant will process non-food animal fats and used cooking oils to produce second-generation biodiesel. As well as offering cleaner, greener energy, second-generation biodiesel is suitable for food industry applications.
